Product Types
Warmline EPS Insulated Plasterboard
- Description: EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) insulated plasterboard combines the benefits of insulation and plasterboard in one product. It's lightweight and easy to install, making it ideal for a variety of applications.
Use Cases: Perfect for retrofitting and new build applications where thermal insulation is a priority.
Warmline XPS Insulated Plasterboard
- Description: XPS (Extruded Polystyrene) insulated plasterboard offers higher compressive strength than EPS. It's resistant to moisture and suitable for areas requiring extra durability.
Use Cases: Great for damp-prone areas such as basements or external walls.
Warmline PHE Insulated Plasterboard
- Description: PHE (Phenolic Foam) insulated plasterboard provides superior thermal performance with a thinner profile. It's fire-resistant and suitable for both domestic and commercial properties.
Use Cases: Ideal for space-limited areas where higher thermal efficiency is needed.
Warmline PIR Insulated Plasterboard
- Description: PIR (Polyisocyanurate) insulated plasterboard offers excellent thermal performance and fire resistance. It's a versatile choice for a range of insulation requirements.
Use Cases: Suited for both new construction and renovation projects, particularly where fire safety is a concern.
Selecting the Right Product
When choosing the right Warmline product, consider the following factors:
- Insulation Needs: Assess the level of thermal efficiency required for your project.
- Space Constraints: Consider the thickness of the product, especially in limited space environments.
- Environment: For damp or moisture-prone areas, opt for moisture-resistant options like XPS.
Fire Safety: If fire resistance is a priority, consider PHE or PIR options.
All our Warmline products come in the convenient size of 1.2m x 2.4m and are available in various thicknesses to meet your specific requirements.
